Parking Guide & Info

• Primary parking spaces are the garage and driveway. Please utilize primary parking spaces before parking in the extra spots
• Park only in designated spaces
• Do not block sidewalks with double parked cars in driveways
• Do not use more than one space per car
• There is no street parking in this neighborhood
• All vehicles parked in the neighborhood must be in good working order
• All commercial vehicles must be parked in garages
  • Vehicles with commercial tags, lettering, or visible equipment (including ladders)
  • Vehicles larger than what are normally used for non-commercial purposes such as trailers, campers, recreational vehicles, boats, or other large vehicles, including ground maintenance equipment, ATVs and dune buggies

• If individuals from other communities are parking in Autumn Oaks, as parking spaces are for residents, tenants and their guests
• If there is a disabled vehicle in the neighborhood
• To report any parking violations
